How long does it take to have them put in?

Anything between 2 (for adding volume) and 8 hours (for adding both volume and length).

How is it done?

This can be done by a variety of different ways, where hair is taken and blended into your hair by weaving in, heat fusing, gluing, clamping with metal rods or using waxes and polymers. There are also clip-on varieties.

How long does it last?

For a few months and then they have to be taken out (this can be a very tricky process and if not done properly can cause real damage) and the whole process repeated.

How much does it cost?

Anything from a couple of hundred bucks to several thousand!
