New Year Resolutions for your Hair

We don’t generally make New Year resolutions for hair but for those of us who have damaged hair, or are making a recovery from an illness, or are just more concerned than usual here are some new year resolutions that you may want to make for your hair:
- Choose a style of hair that suits your face
- Choose a color of hair that is closest to your natural color
- Look after your hair. Make sure that if you have dry or damaged hair, you use a suitable conditioner or treatment; particularly if you have had your hair rebonded, permed, colored or otherwise altered with extensions etc.
- Don’t go for a hair cut when in the middle of a crisis.
- Use good quality products, cheap may turn out very expensive in the long run
- Eat a balanced diet and get exercise, this is good not only for your health and circulation, it is great for the hair too!
