As people follow the vagaries of the fashion world of ‘hair today gone tomorrow’, a new kind of hair transplant is literally raising eyebrows now. It is a trend that may be started by the likes of Emma Watson and Keira Knightley, but the new favored look of the moment appears to the thick, bushier eyebrows rather than the pencil thin ones.
The previous trend of thin eyebrows caused many women to tweeze their eyebrows to the extent that they couldn’t grow them back if they tried. According to some experts hair transplant surgery is the only way to restore eyebrows permanently and it’s also the solution for those who naturally have very fair or sparse brows.
Many women are now re-growing their eyebrows while others find that years of treatment has made this impossible and they prefer to go with transplants. Reportedly the numbers seeking eyebrow transplants had already doubled compared to last year.
